What we collect, and why.

We collect the minimum needed to keep your account working: your email and the name on your account, the projects and videos you make in Skyrasia, and the payment metadata Stripe sends us. We don’t sell your data. We don’t use your private projects to train models. We don’t run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

When you sign up we store your email, your display name, and (where you provide one) your profile photo. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication, which keeps your password hashed and never shares it with us. You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@skyrasia.com and we’ll erase your account record and every associated project within 30 days.

Your prompts, uploads (PPTX, PDF, images, audio), and the generated stills, clips, voiceovers, and final videos are stored in Firebase Storage and a Postgres database, both in Google Cloud’s us-central1 region. They are private to your account and only accessible by you (or by members of a workspace you explicitly invited). We do not use your projects to train any AI model.

When you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe processes the payment and shares the result with us as a webhook event. We store the Stripe customer id, the plan you subscribed to, your subscription status, and the credit balance on your workspace. We never see your card number.

When you generate something, we call third-party AI providers on your behalf: Google Vertex AI (Gemini, for chat and scripts), Fal.ai (for image and clip generation), and ElevenLabs (for voiceover). The prompt and any reference material you upload is forwarded to whichever provider serves that step. Each provider has its own privacy and data-handling terms — we’ve picked providers whose terms permit generation without retaining your content for training.

We use cookies only for session management (keeping you signed in) and for Stripe’s checkout flow. We don’t run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
