The fair-use agreement.

“Skyrasia,” “we,” or “us” means Skyrasia, the AI video studio at skyrasia.com. “You” means the person or organization using the service. By signing up or generating content with Skyrasia, you agree to these terms.

You own the videos, scripts, and assets you generate in Skyrasia. We claim no copyright over your outputs. You grant Skyrasia a limited license to host, render, and deliver them back to you (and to anyone you share them with). That license ends when you delete the content or the account.

Don’t use Skyrasia to generate non-consensual sexual imagery, content sexualizing minors, harassment, content designed to deceive (deepfakes of real people without their consent), or anything illegal in your jurisdiction. Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or wrap our generation pipeline as a competing service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Free accounts get 50 sky-credits on signup. Paid plans grant a fixed number of sky-credits each month — unused credits roll over for up to three billing cycles. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you keep access until then.

We’ll refund a full month’s subscription on request within 14 days of charge, no questions asked, unless you’ve consumed more than 25% of that period’s credits. Failed generations refund the credits automatically.

Generation happens on third-party infrastructure (Google Vertex AI, Fal.ai, ElevenLabs). Their availability, output quality, and licensing terms ultimately govern what their models will produce. We don’t guarantee any specific output, model, quality level, or speed; we do our best to route to the highest-quality model available for each tier.

To the extent permitted by law, Skyrasia’s total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We provide the service “as is” without warranty.

We may update these terms — when we do, we’ll bump the “last updated” date above and email account holders if the change materially affects their rights. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
